Goodbye Robinson (GR)

This performance is the result of the inclusion educational acting method with which the theater group works and it’s called ‘ A neurological approach to acting’ established by Annita Capousizi, artistic director of ARTimeleia.

The subject of the performance was approached through the dramaturgical process of literature and philosophical texts.

The performance is sort of divided in two parts.

In the first part, we meet Robinson in an isolated island and we follow him through his course of re establishing his relationship with himself and the nature around him until he meets Paraskevas. They establish a new mutual relationship based on their natural similarities and not on their seemingly different (dramaturgically and through the disability-one actor with and one without) appearance.

In the second part, there is a period of time that intermediates and Robinson with Paraskevas, are invited guests back to their island, where they met and lived for…
