About the event
“Something Very Special” is a lecture performance by Dalibor Šandor that delves into the concept of monsters and examines society's treatment of disabled people. Drawing from his experiences during the rehearsal process for “We Are Not Monsters”, Šandor collaborates with dramaturg Marcel Bugiel (aka Dr. Acula), supporter Frosina Dimovska (aka Sylphina), and collaborator Saša Asentić (aka Dark Lord). Together, they engage in a creative process that challenges preconceived notions about disability. The performance combines elements of humor and introspection while addressing important social themes. No further details will be revealed—Šandor insists, "No spoilers."
