Let’s improvise with inclusion in mind!

Join us for a creative session of binding and customizing a set of typographic zines-do-it-yourself publications, using texts that emerged from Komopolitan, a literary project featuring emerging writers based in Cyprus. Although the project had a common starting point—exploring walking as a means of (re)writing the urban environment—each author, shaped by their diverse backgrounds, physicalities, and experiences, offers a distinct perspective on the city of Limassol as well as perceptions of their internal and external landscapes.

Having accessibility in focus the texts will be delivered through simple typographic layouts and binding methods. However, the participants will have the opportunity to enter a discussion with the writers and improvise on how to customize the publications in a way that each piece is unique and showcases the needs and creativity of those involved.
