A Dance Performance by Milena Urgen Koulas & Stylish Junkies

There is no perfect trait or solution for adapting to new or challenging situations or events. Each situation requires different reactions, actions and traits. That path to realization and finding what we need to do to adapt to the circumstances is often difficult, full of resistance, struggle, denial, despair and anger, but also happiness. The road to adaptation is full of trial and error, and so is the choreographic work “Act of Adaptation”.
